Abby has dedicated her career to promoting a more representative and equitable pathway into STEM fields. Since 2011, Abby has worked in the nonprofit sector, supporting public education.

Most recently, Abby served as Chief of Staff at BootUp, where she helped scale the computer science education organization to serve over one million students from historically underrepresented communities in technology.

Abby earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Utah and wrote her thesis on nonprofit capacity building. She studied politics at Willamette University, where she also played on the tennis team and served as Team Captain her senior year. Go Bearcats!
