Reena Singhal Lee

Reena Singhal Lee is a Staff Technical Program Manager in Google's Speech team, primarily focusing on speech recognition and synthesis. She previously worked with smartphone manufacturers to build and deploy products using Android. Reena is an active leader in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and was the recipient of SWE’s Emerging Leader Award in 2012 and SWE's Distinguished New Engineer Award in 2009. Previously, she served as SWE’s National Program Development Grants Committee Chair and National Scholarship Committee Chair. Reena received her BS and MS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering, from Carnegie Mellon University, and her MBA degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas-Austin. Reena has volunteered with Techbridge, co-presenting workshops at national conferences and sharing experiences in STEM outreach.
