ChangeMakers (6th to 8th grade, in-person)
ChangeMakers builds girls'* STEM joy, excitement, belonging, and agency through culturally-relevant story-based learning. ChangeMakers centers BIPOC contributions to STEM and enables girls to view STEM as a tool they can leverage to positively impact systems, their communities, and their own lives.
Our ChangeMakers, middle school girls* from 6th - 8th grade, participate in an exciting 12-week hands-on STEM program. The experience is shaped by:

- Role Models who give youth an opportunity to see themselves in a STEM career, building their sense of STEM Belonging and potential
- Educator and youth access to local Expanding Your Horizons Conferences
- Educators receive 10 hours of online training in hands-on STEM and equity education, participate in monthly Professional Learning Communities, and receive observations, coaching, and support from dedicated Techbridge Girls staff throughout the program
