With over a decade of experience in people management, she strives to be a catalyst for fresh innovation, aiming to make operations smoother and more efficient. As a champion of silo busting, she bridges gaps between teams and stakeholders; Sarah believes there’s nothing more powerful than cross-department collaboration.
Her leadership style is based on integrity and inclusivity, turning challenges into opportunities. She’s grown small teams into billion-dollar enterprises and is most proud of the impact she’s made transforming companies through efficient and equitable processes and programs.
Sarah holds an MFA from California State Fullerton, a BA from Western Washington University and lives in Seattle with her husband, two boys, and their cat, Chippy. When she’s not in front of her computer, you’ll find Sarah happily digging in her garden doing what she does best…getting in the weeds & advancing growth.
