With over two decades of experience, Marcia E. Reynolds, (pronounced Mar-see-ya) is
an administrator with extensive experience building and developing sustainable
operational infrastructures in the nonprofit sector. Marcia is passionate and committed
to advancing social justice movements and improving the lives of underrepresented and
marginalized communities. She spent nearly half of her career in a trauma-informed
environment, advocating for survivors of trauma, abuse and neglect.
Her expertise includes Business Operations, Human Resources, Finance and
Accounting, Board and Vendor Relations, and Facility and Project Management. Marcia
is an innovative thinker, strategic planner, and a compassionate leader with a knack for
problem-solving. Throughout her career, Marcia has managed and delivered multiple
projects, cultivated positive work cultures, emphasizing accountability, collaboration,
and communication. She excels at improving business operations that result in cost
reductions and streamlined processes, managing complex projects and system
implementations, and supporting employee growth and development of future leaders.
Marcia is a certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional, a member of the Society for
Human Resource Management, Georgia Notary Signing Agent, and holds an Executive
Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University. Marcia is working
towards her certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
